It's great that we as employees know that Ingram Micro CLS is a great employer with lots of growth opportunities. Unfortunately for the outside world, we are still 'the company you don't know you know' or 'the best-kept secret in Logistic Services.' This is going to change! We developed a new Employer Brand Identity to increase our brand awareness as an employer. The Employer Brand identity is based on the values, tenets, mission, and vision of Ingram Micro CLS. The identity is visual and recognizable and will help with sending out our message consistently and clearly. Our identity is focused on attracting young and medior professionals who want to grow and develop their professional careers.

With our heartbeat identity, we are creating brand awareness around Ingram Micro CLS as an employer. We focus our communication on our values and strengths as an employer. Of course, we keep our target audience in mind when we communicate: The junior and medior professionals who are looking to grow and develop themselves and their careers. This is exactly what Ingram Micro CLS offers as an employer.

You must have seen the Huboxes before! With our 'HuBoxes' we created clarity in a comfortable and positive way. 

The communication is focused on employee engagement and retention. The Huboxes fit our logistic DNA, are focused on inclusion and prevent any stereotyping. The Huboxes represent the values of our organization.    

Consistency is key!

Time to spread the word! We follow the online marketingfunnel to spread our content over all our available channels to the target audience. The online marketing funnel has 3 stages: Awareness, Consideration, Interest. Consistency in our communication is key to gaining brand awareness. That is why, for every stage in the marketing funnel, we make content that suits the need of our audience and is also recognizable through all stages of the funnel.

Content in the awareness stage

The goal of the content in the awareness fase is to introduce Ingram Micro CLS to potentials who don't know us yet. We use content that is fun and triggers our audience to click. 

Besides sharing interesting news on our social channels organically, we use Facebook and instagram ads to boost our reach and gain a larger audience. 

Content in the consideration stage

We have planted a seed in the awareness stage. Our audience knows us now and has visited our site. Time to move to the consideration stage where we provide authentic content to answer the question: why do I want to work at Ingram Micro CLS?

We share employee interviews and blogs about topics that concern our audience: personal grwoth, career development, job insights. To promote the content we share our blogs on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Always with The heartbeat branding, and of course a great photo.

Content in the interest stage

We planted a seed in the awareness stage. We gave arguments why to work at Ingram Micro in the consideration stage. Now it's time to convince our audience to apply at Ingram Micro CLS in the interest stage

In the interest stage we use multiple channels to promote our vacancies. We publish our vacancies on our own job site but also on the major job boards online like Indeed. On social media we use posts to reach our audience we touched in the previous stages of the marketing funnel.
